Breezy HR review

Verdict. Breezy HR's free tier is the most generous working ATS available at no cost, and its paid plans stay cheap enough for a company that hires a handful of people a year.

Best for: small teams that need a free ATS.

Breezy HR is a drag-and-drop pipeline tool with a careers page, job-board distribution, email and SMS messaging with candidates, and interview self-scheduling. The free Bootstrap plan covers one open position; paid plans start under $200 a month and unlock unlimited positions, automation and assessments.

It is a good fit for a 30-person company with an office manager doing the hiring. It is a poor fit for anyone who needs structured interviewing or detailed reporting.

Pros and cons

Genuinely usable free plan
Candidate self-scheduling and SMS included
Simple enough for non-recruiters
Few integrations beyond the basics
Reporting is thin
Automation only on higher plans
